Red Nexus Academy Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Digital Nature of Our Products
Most RedNexus Academy products (courses, labs, videos, PDFs, challenges) are digital products. Because digital products can be accessed, copied, or consumed immediately upon purchase, refund eligibility is strictly limited once access is granted or content is consumed.
2. The 14‑Day Refund Window
For standard eligible purchases, a refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the original purchase date.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be true:
- The request is within the 14‑day window.
- You have not watched videos, opened modules, or downloaded files.
- You have not used labs, submitted assignments, or started CTF challenges.
- You have not attended any live sessions or workshops related to the purchase.
- You have not received a certificate or badge.
- Your account is in good standing (not suspended due to policy violations).
Note: We use platform logs, video progress, and download records to verify whether the product has been consumed.
3. Strictly Non‑Refundable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are non‑refundable, even within the 14‑day window (unless local law states otherwise):
- Promotional Purchases: Items purchased using seasonal discounts, flash sales, bundle deals, launch pricing, or special/personalized discount codes sent via email.
- Labs & Hands‑on Access: Lab access, lab credits, lab subscriptions, and sandbox environments.
- Third‑Party Access: Exam vouchers, certification vouchers, partner subscriptions, or redemption codes (non‑refundable once issued, activated, or assigned to your account).
- Live Programs: Bootcamps, workshops, mentoring, and bundled programs (non‑refundable once the program starts).
- Enterprise/Team: Corporate, school, or team purchases (subject to your specific enterprise contract).
4. Technical Issues & Device Compatibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, and operating system meet our technical requirements before purchasing. No refund will be issued if:
- You are using an unsupported browser, rooted device, or restricted system.
- You are attempting to bypass our security controls or DRM.
- The content works perfectly on a supported environment, but you prefer to use an unsupported environment.
Exception: If we confirm a general platform technical malfunction on our side that we cannot fix, we may offer a refund, credit, or extension at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions & Installment Plans
- Subscriptions: Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future billing. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period. No partial refund is provided for unused days in a subscription.
- Installments: You are responsible for all scheduled payments. Failure to pay may result in suspended access and withheld certificates.
6. Account Violations & Chargebacks
- Zero‑Tolerance Policy: No refund will be provided if your account is suspended or terminated due to cheating, account sharing, piracy, lab misuse, or Terms of Service violations.
- Chargeback Warning: If you initiate a payment chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, your account and certificates will be immediately suspended. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and recovery of legal fees.
7. Refund Alternatives
If a refund is not available but you are experiencing a genuine issue, we may (at our discretion) offer an alternative, such as:
- Transfer to another eligible course.
- Platform credit.
- Access period extension.
8. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to hossamshady@rednexus.com. It must include:
- Full name and account email.
- Order number / Transaction ID.
- Course name and purchase date.
- Reason for request (with screenshots if it is a technical issue).
9. Processing & Deductions
- Timeframe: Approved refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Deductions: Refund amounts may exclude non‑refundable payment processing fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or taxes already paid.
